The Rewards Recruitment service offers a range of recruitment solutions including contingency recruitment (the employer fee is charged only upon the successful hire of a candidate) and retained searches (mostly used for senior level recruits, requiring a more extensive search).

Rewards can also assist with the placement of individuals into Apprenticeship vacancies with local employers. Once you have successfully interviewed and employed a candidate, we then provide your new employee with a government-funded Apprenticeship which includes a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) or Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ). The qualification is completed within the workplace, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities. Rewards offers quality training that is regulated by the Learning Skills Council (LSC) in England, Skills Development Scotland (SDS) in Scotland and numerous awarding bodies. The Apprenticeship qualification has been shown to increase productivity and the job-related skills of employees, as well as being recognised as a national quality training product that demonstrates investment in staff development.
