Business Recruitment & Training Services UK
Rewards offers a cost-effective business recruitment and training service to employers in southern England, Edinburgh and Glasgow. We do not charge commercial recruitment fees, just a modest placement contribution. We work on behalf of our employers to recruit motivated employees who are keen to start a new career. Rewards individually screens each candidate in order to successfully match candidates to the employer’s requirements.
Once you have successfully interviewed and employed a candidate, we then provide your new employee with a government-funded Apprenticeship which includes a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) or Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ). The qualification is completed within the workplace, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities. Rewards offers quality training that is regulated by the Learning Skills Council (LSC) in England, Skills Development Scotland (SDS) in Scotland and numerous awarding bodies. The Apprenticeship qualification has been shown to increase productivity and the job-related skills of employees, as well as being recognised as a national quality training product that demonstrates investment in staff development.
