Management (Train To Gain)

This NVQ is suitable for anyone:

• who are entering a management role
• who manage a team and are responsible for its outcome
• middle managers who have a wider managerial role.

The qualification will take about 6 - 9 months to achieve although this may be achieved quicker. You will receive a workplace visit from a Rewards Assessor on a regular basis to support you.
