Hospitality Apprenticeship

The Hospitality Apprenticeship is available at Level 2 and Level 3

To gain the Level 2 you will need to achieve the following:

• NVQ Level 2 in one of the following:
  Food and Drink Service
  Food Processing
  Front Office
  Housekeeping
  Hospitality Services
• Key Skills Level 1 in Application of Number
• Key Skills Level 1 in Communication
• Employment Rights and Responsibilities

To gain the Level 3 you will need to achieve the following:

• NVQ Level 3 in one of the following
  Professional Cookery
  Hospitality Supervision
• Key Skills Level 2 in Application of Number
• Key Skills Level 2 in Communication
• Employment Rights and Responsibilities
