As businesses become increasingly reliant on IT to streamline processes and improve communication, it’s essential that you know how to use e-mail and the internet confidently if you want to be effective at work.
This course will give you the skills you need to communicate at work using e-mail and to access the wealth of services and information available on the World Wide Web. You’ll learn how to use Microsoft Outlook 2003 to send, receive and forward e-mails and how to send attachments such as photos and documents. You’ll be shown how to build and maintain an address book of all your contacts and how to add your signature to each e-mail. The course explains how to use a Web browser, how to find web sites, how to search for information on the Web and how to build a list of your favourite websites.
