This NVQ is suitable for anyone who is involved in

  • Customer Service as their primary work activity
  • Seeking a career in Customer Service
  • Wishing to receive recognition for their Customer Service experience.

The qualification will take about 6 - 9 months to achieve. You will receive a workplace visit from a Rewards Assessor on a regular basis to support you.
