This qualification is suitable for anyone who is involved in Hospitality Service as their primary work activity. For anyone who is seeking a career in Hospitality SErvice and wish to take the first steps towards a professional qualification and for anyone who wish to receive recognition for their Hospitality Service experience.

The qualification will take about 6 - 9 months to achieve although this may be achieved quicker. You will receive a workplace visit from a Rewards Assessor on a regular basis to support you.
