This qualification is suitable for anyone who is involved in 

• Professional Cookery as their primary work activity.  
• Seeking a career in Professional Cookery and wish to take the first steps towards a professional qualification
• Receive recognition for their Professional Cookery experience.

The qualification will take about 6 - 9 months to achieve . You will receive a workplace visit from a Rewards Assessor on a regular basis to support you.
