E-Portfolio & eNVQs Training Online

Rewards are proud to be able to offer the web-based electronic portfolio system E-Portfolio/eNVQ in both England (known as eNVQ) and Scotland (known as E-Portfolio). 

This offers excellent flexibility and efficiency; enabling employers, candidates, assessors and verifiers to load evidence directly into the candidate’s web-based electronic portfolio.  The secure online portfolio is accessed via the Internet, which means that candidates can contribute to their nationally recognised qualification from the comfort of their own laptop or work/home computer any time, day or night!

NVQs are nationally recognised qualifications and are great way to recognise the work skills that employers and their staff already have. These qualifications may help in gaining recognition at work or with career progression. They allow individuals to gain qualifications whilst working by measuring their knowledge and competency in the place of work and mapping these skills against a set of national standards as set by the Learning Skills Council (England) and Scottish Qualifications Authority (Scotland).

As with a traditional style NVQ, candidates will be allocated their own assessor to help guide them through the qualification and they will be given full access to feedback and support when needed.  Because the vast majority of the qualification can be completed from a flexible location (candidates will receive an occasional visit from their assessor in the workplace at a mutually agreed time) the candidate can control how quickly he/she progresses through the workload… and there are no tests or exams!  Should candidate’s wish to use the credit from their NVQ qualification towards an Apprenticeship then this is easily transferable, further increasing the flexibility and options provided to both employers and employees alike.
