Business Training UK: England & Scotland
Rewards provides impartial information, advice and guidance about training and how it can help your business. We work with a range of partners so we always know someone who can.
If you employ young people, then the Apprenticeship scheme might be just what you need. For your adult employees, the National Vocational Qualifications/Scottish Vocational Qualifications might fit the bill. We are pleased to offer these nationally recognised qualifications in a wide range of business sectors such as Business Administration, Customer Service, Retail, Management, IT, Warehousing, Road Passenger Transport and Care. Your employees' learning will take place in your workplace and will build on the experience they already have. We are flexible in our method of delivery, fitting around working patterns and using IT, where appropriate, to support the qualification. We will tailor the training to fit your business and your employees' requirements.
If you find that use of English and Maths is holding back your employees, we can help improve their skills. We also offer the learndirect range with a wide variety of business and IT courses to help upskill both the invidual and your business. Government funding is available (subject to criteria) for our range of courses and qualifications throughout the UK, including England and Scotland. Why not contact us to make an appointment or just drop in to one of our centres for a no-obligation chat. Use training to maximise your potential.
