Train To Gain: Government Funded Training

Train to Gain is the government-funded training and national skills initiative that financially supports  employers of all sizes, in all industries, to improve the skills of their employees in order to improve overall business performance.

Since its launch in 2006 over 100,000 companies with over 570,000 employees have registered with Train to Gain and taken advantage of the services offered. The government funding allocated to Train to Gain is set to rise to more than a billion pounds sterling, demonstrating the importance and commitment the government has placed on supporting businesses in England.
