Training Needs Analysis

 

All businesses are different.  Each has a different range of products and services and a working environment that contains a unique blend of individuals, skills and values.  As such, one size does not fit all and in order to offer the best service to our clients Rewards recognises that an individual training needs analysis is required with every new client.

Our experienced team fully embed a TNA during the initial meeting with clients.  We offer a wide range of training products that can be appropriate to numerous organisations and individuals within differing job roles and we are able to help you to identify and tailor which product (from the Rewards portfolio or beyond) best suit your requirements. 

Specifically, for an individual, TNA can be used help to understand what training will help an employee to perform within their role to the best of their ability.

If your requirements extend beyond training then our assistance can also extend to include recruitment, consultancy and even extra office space!
