The matrix quality standard
Rewards has successfully passed the rigorous assessment process necessary to be accredited with the matrix quality standard. This process involved a matrix assessor questioning Rewards staff, our learners, employers and partner organisations we work with. Below are some direct quotes from our matrix evaluation report:
“Learners felt that they received tailored support to enable them to achieve their goals” (matrix assessor quoting a learner)
“The Assessor observed a meeting with a prospective apprentice and noted that the individual’s interests and skills were taken into account when discussing potential apprenticeships and career aspirations”. (matrix assessor)
“I got in touch with Rewards who laid it out (what needed to happen for an apprenticeship) very clearly.’ (matrix assessor quoting an employer)
“Nothing is too much trouble….I’m never made to feel silly if I don’t understand something” (matrix assessor quoting a learner)
“As far as we’re concerned Rewards fits the bill for our people….I’ve nothing but praise.” (matrix assessor quoting a partner organisation)
