For you as an individual, an Apprenticeship is not just a job; it's the first step towards a long term career.

Apprenticeships focus on the whole training spectrum, not just individual skills. You learn through on the job training working alongside colleagues whilst being supported by us.

To gain the Level 3 Scottish Modern Apprenticeship in Contact Centres you will need to achieve the following:

  • SVQ Level 3 Contact Centre Professionals
  • Communications Core Skills at Intermediate 1 (SCQF level 4)
  • Numeracy Core Skills at Intermediate 1 (SCQF level 4)
  • Working with Others Core Skills at Intermediate 1 (SCQF level 4)
  • Information Technology Core Skills at Intermediate 1 (SCQF level 4)
  • Problem Solving Core Skills at Intermediate 1 (SCQF level 4)
  • Candidates are encouraged to add further qualifications to meet the business needs of their organisation and development needs of the apprentice.
