Management Modern Apprenticeship (Scotland)

For you as an individual, an Apprenticeship is not just a job; it's the first step towards a long term career.

Apprenticeships focus on the whole training spectrum, not just individual skills. You learn through on the job training working alongside colleagues whilst being supported by us.

To gain the Level 3 or Level 4 Scottish Modern Apprenticeship in Management you will need to achieve the following:

• SVQ Level 3 or Level 4 in Management
• Communications Core Skills at Intermediate 2 (SCQF level 5) - Implicit
• Numeracy Core Skills at Intermediate 2 (SCQF level 5) - Implicit
• Working with Others Core Skills at Intermediate 1 (SCQF level 4) - Implicit
• Information Technology Core Skills at Access 3 (SCQF level 3) - Implicit
• Problem Solving Core Skills at Intermediate 2 (SCQF levle 5) - Implicit
• Two enhancement units taken from the Management SVQ at a higher level than the one completed or another job related SVQ unit at an appropriate level.
