As the other half of the company, Mike Ward came on board full time at the start of the Millennium.
As a graduate of Edinburgh University and a qualified accountant, Mike had previously held a number of positions in British Airways resulting in a move to Gatwick in 1983 where he helped set up the original Poundstretcher Holiday company. In 1987 he then helped establish the Airmiles company which became the model for Loyalty schemes throughout the world.
A strong proponent of customary loyalty and customer service, Mike?s role is to help build a strong team of customer focused staff dedicated to the concept of the lifetime value of customers as well as providing total solutions to individual as well as company people development opportunities.
Mike lives with Marion in Haywards Heath.

Marion set up Rewards PLC in 1987 as a Training Recruitment and Consultancy company based in Haywards Heath. Since then, she has successfully grown the company to operate from branches in Brighton, London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.
Through years of experience in business, she knows that training can mean survival and growth even in the most difficult economic climate; and as an individual she is passionate about giving people the means to reach their potential, whether for work or leisure.
Underpinning this ethos is a firm belief in partnerships as the way forward, harnessing both public and private sectors. She quotes a Japanese proverb: “None of us is as smart as all of us.” Marion lives in Haywards Heath with her husband.

Lorraine graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, before undertaking her Professional Chartered Institute of Personnel exams. She has over 16 years experience in Personnel within large multinationals, a university and a further education college. She likes to keep herself busy with work, 2 children and running.

Richard joined Rewards in August 2000 as Training Services Co-ordinator, responsible for Local Enterprise Company claims and compliance issues. Recently he has become Learning Centre Manager with additional responsibility for I.T and on-line learning.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, watching the Hibs and cooking.

Paul is a highly experienced manager / director with extensive knowledge of the travel trade and loyalty businesses. He has an extensive commercial background in buying, selling and negotiating and experienced in implementation of marketing strategies. Before joining rewards in 2003 he was a consultant for Nectar, leading up to the launch of the UK’s first ever loyalty programme involving four of Britain’s largest brands, Sainsbury’s, Debenhams, BP and Barclaycard. His responsibility was for the purchasing of travel-related products but played a significant role in the development of supplier communication strategies and marketing plans. Prior to that he was Head of Sales for Accoladia, the British Airways and Thomas Cook Holiday company, a joint venture between British Airways and Thomas Cook. Paul spent 18 years with the Worlds Favourite before the merger and regularly updated his skills with numerous management and sales courses. He is an experienced public speaker, regularly compeering events on behalf of BA in the UK and overseas. A keen golfer, rugby and football fan, he also manages a Sussex county league football club.
